Avida H2O stands behind every product we manufacture. All Avida H2O water dispensers are covered by our Performance Satisfaction Warranty.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Electrical and mechanical component failure under normal use
• Filtration system performance (99.9% contaminant removal as specified)
• UV-C sterilization system functionality
• Touchscreen and temperature control system

Warranty Duration

• Avida H2O Ultra (White & Black): 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase
• Avida H2O King: 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase
• Replacement Filter Packs: 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered

• Damage from improper installation or failure to follow the installation guide
• Normal consumable wear including filter replacement
• Damage from water pressure outside the specified range (0.1–0.4 MPa)
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function
• Units purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at info@avidah2o.com with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Include photos or a short video showing the defect
3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days
4. Approved claims will receive a replacement part, repair, or replacement unit at our discretion
